Scope and operator

This policy describes the Exhibitionist application and the Exhibitionist Account Security SMS program operated at exhibitionist.legal. Exhibitionist sends transactional account-verification and login-security messages to users who voluntarily enroll.

Information Exhibitionist handles

Exhibitionist processes account information, encrypted verification destinations, security and authentication events, essential session information, and legal filing materials supplied by authorized users. Filing materials may contain personal, employment, financial, immigration, or other sensitive information selected by users preparing a filing.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, secure accounts, organize and review supporting documents, generate filing materials, preserve an audit history, operate and protect the service, diagnose failures, and provide requested support. Exhibitionist does not use filing materials or verification destinations for advertising.

Operational diagnostics

Exhibitionist records limited diagnostic events needed to detect and troubleshoot upload and export failures. These events may include a timestamp, request or background-job identifier, internal record identifiers, the processing stage, and a sanitized error category.

Diagnostic events are designed not to contain filing contents or extracted text, party or case names, filenames, email addresses, phone numbers, authentication secrets, session cookies, verification codes, uploaded bytes, or request bodies. They remain within the deployment’s operator-controlled logs unless the operator separately configures a disclosed service provider.

Mobile information and SMS consent

Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. They are used only for account verification and login security.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

Information necessary to deliver requested messages may be provided to messaging infrastructure providers, including Twilio, solely to operate the Exhibitionist verification program. These providers may not retain, share, sell, or use mobile information or consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Message frequency varies with enrollment and sign-in activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or use of Exhibitionist because email verification remains available.

Service providers and disclosure

Information may be processed by infrastructure providers that host the application, store data, or deliver requested email and SMS messages. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect the service or its users, or at the direction of the organization operating this deployment. Exhibitionist does not sell personal information.

Retention and security

Verification destinations are encrypted by the application, and filing materials are available only through authenticated, case-scoped application routes. Security events are retained as an append-only record. Deleted cases and their filing history may be retained for controlled recovery and audit purposes rather than erased immediately.

No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Users should protect their credentials and recovery codes and promptly notify the operator that provided access if they suspect unauthorized access.

Your choices and requests

You may choose email verification instead of SMS. You may opt out of SMS by replying STOP. Requests to access, correct, export, or delete account information or filing materials should be directed to the organization or administrator that provided your Exhibitionist account; applicable retention duties and the integrity of filing audit records may limit deletion.
