Authorized use

Exhibitionist is a document-assembly workbench for authorized users preparing legal filing materials. Users are responsible for reviewing generated materials before filing and for using the service only with information they are authorized to process. Exhibitionist does not provide legal advice.

Exhibitionist Account Security SMS program

The Exhibitionist Account Security SMS program sends recurring transactional one-time verification codes to users who voluntarily enroll a mobile number for multi-factor authentication and login security. It does not send marketing or promotional messages.

Message frequency varies based on sign-in activity and user-requested resends; generally, one message is sent per verification request. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.

Text STOP to opt out and stop future Exhibitionist verification texts. Text HELP for assistance, or email support@exhibitionist.legal. Email verification is available as an alternative after opting out. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service use.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on carrier and messaging-provider availability.

Service availability

Verification delivery and document processing can depend on third-party infrastructure. Keep recovery codes offline and contact the operator that provided access if account recovery or support is required.
